These beds are made to order, once you place your order we will confirm with you everything and start the construction. Once the manufacturer completes them in melbourne you will be notified of delivery.
When it comes to sizing, the base, will be bigger for king then double for example. Which is dependent on the size of your bed head shown. Panels/Tufted Will alter. If you want something more custom eg length/height/panels/finish please contact us or confirm with us before purchasing - we can’t reduce panels etc for wider appeal.
Make sure your bed will fit, if you live in a complex, apartment - your elevator room/space may not allow some items to fit. Please confirm the dimensions work for you. We are happy to alter to custom requirements on your design. custom@wyldhome.com.au

We offer
PayPal, Zip, Afterpay, Direct Payment, Card Payment & Also the option to do 50/50 allowing a 50% deposit to start the order - with 50% due once completed before delivery.
WYLD’s 5 year structural warranty applies to workmanship from date of purchase. Photos are required upon setup (72 hours) to active your warranty as every design is bespoke for you.
All our goods are insured for transit, in the event of issue please contact us with photos within 72 hours of recieving your order.
This excludes the following: Damaged caused by accident, Incorrect use or neglected, poor storage & does not extend to leather & fabric. Normal wear & tear.
In the unlikely event you discover a structural issue with your design please contact WYLD as soon as possible.
Please note that many fabrics have natural imperfections/textures/velvet suede/lighting - part of their overall appearance and is not a fault. It’s important to order samples before committing, as online vs reality can be different at times. WYLD will not accept change of minds based on colours. With all fabrics they will fade if directly exposed to the sun, so avoid direct sunlight/environmental - as this is not covered under warranty.
