Delivery Process

Your item/s are booked in with TC, using your order number as the REF.

Depending on the item it is either dropped off by the Manufacture to TC’s Depot in Melbourne or TC collects the product. Once in Melbourne Depot it is aligned to the Delivery State

Delivery to VIC

The courier will reach out 1-2 days before delivery & make arrangements with you.

Heading to SA, TAS & WA

This will be allocated to the servicing courier in this space. Will be collected & Transported on the next run to your location.

Heading to NSW, ACT & QLD

All orders will be linehaul from Melbourne Depot to Sydney Depot. From there they will be assigned for delivery. QLD orders will be transported to QLD Depot & assigned for delivery.

Important Info

All time frames are Estimated. Depending on your location (Outer Metro takes longer) the size of the product & amount of items can factor in delivery times. Also uncontrollable events. Please make sure your product will fit, We won’t be liable for the product not being able to enter your properly due to size. Stairs may occur a additional cost. You may need to help the driver bring the products in. Redelivery fees occur if the job is booked & nobody is present for delivery.

Can you remove my old Mattress?

Yes for a additional fee, the courier can take away your mattress. Please contact us below.

Help! My product won’t fit!

It’s important to take measurements before purchasing, if a item doesn’t fit we won’t be liable for costs. Please contact the team.

Do stairs cost more?

In the event the courier arrives & multiple stairs - There maybe a additional cost of $29 each flight of stairs. This will be billed after delivery.

Signing for delivery

If you sign off for delivery, you are signing it off as good condition. It’s important to check the product before doing this for the unlikely event of a damage issue.
