Regarding delivery & Signing.
You are not required to sign for your delivery at all. Please advise the driver that you will not request to sign they will manually mark them off.
Any disruptions to the network, we will manage and keep you informed. Depending on the courier service if disruption we will make another method of delivery. Boarders are not stopping freight from moving across, though there may be longer delivery times but most trucks run at night.
Major disruption regarding supply chain which will impact most businesses over the next few months. We are working with all our suppliers and imported stock. Some items are falling into pre-sale without locked in confirmed dates also. We will manage this case by case. The times and delivery are continuing changing, daily. We are trying our best to keep numbers of stock as accurate as possible including estimated delivery of items. This is changing daily. Please bare with us through this period. Our objective is to dispatch every order as soon as we can with the availability depending with this changing daily. Please be understanding in this time as we rely on information from our partners warehouses and more our stock ETA’s are not 100% confirmed and a estimated time. Availability of ordered products
It may take longer for imported goods to arrive in Australia as governments shut down supply chains or introduce additional checks to limit the possible spread of coronavirus.
If a business sold you goods before the supply chains were interrupted by changed government rules and then can’t supply them within the expected timeframe because of the rules, it is unlikely to be a breach of the ACL. Although you may still be entitled to a remedy. You should check the terms and conditions of your contract with the business to see what the situation is for your purchase.
We suggest you have understanding and patience during this unusual time, because many businesses are having to implement or change their sales processes and customer management policies and procedures at very short notice.
Talk to the business us about your concerns and see if a remedy can be offered.
Slight delay in email response times, trying our best to get back to you. In a lot of cases we need to seek answers from the warehouses/suppliers or couriers. This takes time and with a lot of closures/half capacity and so forth response times have slowed. We have made the interim modification of 10-4 working hours M-F to allow our people to catch up on requests at the start and end of day. The amount of emails we are receiving are higher then Christmas time. Thanks for your understanding. We will get back to you.
