Some warehouses are impacted due to capacity. This is causing some delays on some orders leaving the warehouse between 2-7 business days.


Slight impact to services due to capacity & locations. Some areas are taking longer to arrive too due to the demand on the network with less capacity of drivers. Please allow some more time for delivery where possible. Visit Courier Connect for further information.


Ongoing issue, not looking to improve for the next 3-6 months. Overseas lockdowns are still occurring causing delays on exports/backlogs. Shipments held at ports for processing. This impact has been felt since covid & relief hopefully soon. This may impact a Pre-Order item that’s imported. Please visit Pre-Order Guarantee in the event of a delay.


Though the lead time is decreasing for new orders. Orders waiting on fabric/materials are being processed as fast as possible in the current climate. Relying on third party providers of raw goods is causing a headache. Manufacturing sites have had a few members down due to illness causing capacity issues in work flow also.
