Possible Import delays:

We have recently been experiencing some delays in sea freight shipments due to the current COVID-19 situation. This also stems from the current port congestion worldwide as well as limited space availability and reduced sailings. Pre-orders may be impacted. in stock items are not impacted. In the event you need to cancel for a refund please email status@wyldhome.com.au as soon as possible.

 

Delivering the goods



It's on the way. Our teams are working hard behind the scenes to ensure shipments are processed as quickly as possible and any delays are kept to a minimum. We will continue to get your orders to you as quickly as possible. Please be advised that dispatches of in-stock items may be impacted with possible delays of up to 3 - 5 business days, on top of the usual dispatch time. WYLD
 offers Free delivery Australia wide for all our products.* Our third-party couriers represent our company and we only deliver with the most reliable and cost-effective carriers. We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 48-72 hours from the time of payment. Deliveries occur Monday to Friday during normal business hours. In peak periods couriers will deliver outside these hours.

*Big & Bulky to some areas will occur additional charge after check out. This includes some exclusion areas of delivery to limited courier capacity. Please contact the team to confirm or we will contact you directly to confirm.

We use a wide range of third-party couriers based on location and product. We will provide you the information upon dispatch. 

 

Estimated delivery times

We and our third-party couriers endeavour to meet the estimated delivery times on all occasions. However, please note that the delivery location and order size will ultimately impact the speed of delivery. As such, allow up to 15 business days for all deliveries in the event of a delay. Please allow up to 12 business days for non-fragile rural deliveries.

Fragile items include marble coffee tables, bespoke designs, big & bulky items entertainment units, sideboard and buffet units, and items containing glass.

 

Delivery

We require a street, residential, or business address for all deliveries as we cannot deliver items to a PO Box. All deliveries are to the front door and ground level only, unless organised otherwise. If access is difficult, not to ground floor, or you require product/s to be carried inside or upstairs, please inform us in advance or when you place an order as additional charges will apply.

The service and delivery of goods by third party couriers are strict to the front door and/ or ground floor only by a single delivery driver. As such, this service does not include:

  • Carrying product/s inside, upstairs, or in elevators
  • Placing product/s, and
  • Removing packaging or wrapping.

It is the client's responsibility to ensure the lift has sufficient access space. Our courier costs include full insurance for products that are lost or damaged during transit.

 

WYLD Custom

If the delivery is within the Melbourne metro areas, we will contact you to organise a delivery date. For interstate orders, deliveries will be through third-party removalist or courier services. Removalist services will confirm the delivery date with the customer directly, whereas courier services will only offer tracking advice.

 

Unattended address

If the delivery address is unattended or you cannot be available to accept delivery, you must contact the courier directly with the instructions:  "Authority to Leave" goods if unattended. Note this will void WYLD and the courier's liability that covers any loss, theft or damage to your product/s.

 

Tracking Your Order

Tracking information is available for most orders. However, most fragile removalists do not always have the capabilities to give specific delivery dates and tracking information. Contact the team at help@wyldhome.com.au to confirm if your order is viable for tracking information.

Tracking information is available for all non-fragile items to interstate deliveries upon request. If required, please advice on a note while placing an order.

 

Commercial & oversized orders

A person from your end will be required to assist the delivery driver to carry heavy or large bulky product/s to your ground floor and/ or front door. Should you have special requirements, please leave clear instructions in the comments section upon the checkout process.

 

Removalist service

If required, we can provide a removalist service for an additional charge. Fragile removalists are white glove and experienced furniture handlers (two persons) for larger fragile items. With a white-glove service, our delivery partners can carry your product/s upstairs into any room of your choice. Due to our wide product range, we ask that you contact our customer service team for more information on white glove services, pricing, and restrictions. Transit insurance will incur an additional charge when using a removalist service.

A removalist service is recommended for fully assembled, heavier and bulkier, and very fragile items, such as:

  • Boardroom tables
  • Bookcases
  • Buffet units
  • Dining tables
  • Custom Beds
  • Larger lounge chairs and sofas
  • Marble coffee tables
  • Office desks, and
  • TV units

 

Delivery cancellation fees

In the event of a fragile removalist delivery cancellation, a cancellation/ re-booking fee up to 50% of your total freight costs may apply as we cover the internal pricing. Requests for delivery cancellations or re-booking must be lodged as soon as practicable after placing your order.

Melbourne only items

Due to fragility, size, and packaging, selected products (labelled as 'Melbourne Only') are restricted delivery to the Melbourne metro areas only. These 'Melbourne Only' products will not calculate towards the total shipping costs in your cart as they cannot be delivered interstate. This exclusion applies to all clearance, ex-display, and selected products, which have a note in the features section of the product page.

 

Pick-Up

We don’t currently offer pick up options on our products.
