When you receive this notification, Your order has been booked in with Melbourne Same Day Courier Service for your new custom design.
DELIVERY ADDRESS CONFIRMATION
Please make sure your delivery address is correct before delivery. Fee’s for redelivery will occur in the event the address is incorrect.
Few things on delivery
The driver will provide a time gap of approx 2-3 hours. Delivery includes room of choice, Install & Rubbish removal.
If anyone is sick, please advise us to reallocate delivery or leave at address. (No contact)
You may need to assist in moving the item to the room of choice.
All time frames are Estimated. Depending on your location (Outer Metro takes longer) the size of the product & amount of items can factor in delivery times. Also uncontrollable events. Please make sure your product will fit, We won’t be liable for the product not being able to enter your properly due to size. Stairs may occur a additional cost. You may need to help the driver bring the products in. Redelivery fees occur if the job is booked & nobody is present for delivery.
Your item is being delivered direct by the manufacturers delivery team. They are proud of there products as much as we are.
Activate Your Warranty
Once installed, setup - Please take a photo & forward to us to activate your warranty as these are bespoke items made for you. This is required within 48-72 hours of accepting delivery.
We will reach out to you 1-2 days before delivery. They don’t have live tracking & treat every order as a special delivery.
