Delivery FAQ

What’s “Your order is on the way” mean?

The job has been booked with the nominated courier for delivery. Please note the consignment number provided can take a few days to update for scans. As the goods are scanned at depot. Visit the couriers website to trace for delivery.

Can I choose a time/day for delivery?

TIME OF DELIVERY | Depending on the courier, most will not allow this to occur. As they run a job by job run - meaning traffic - etc will alter times. Please track your order for current updates with.

NOMINATE A DELIVERY DATE | The team will do the best they can to organise delivery based on the date provided. The delivery will be aimed for the date required or up to 1-4 days after approximately due to capacity at that time. Leave notes or contact us

The above excludes the below couriers are they work differently.

TC Couriers & MELBOURNE METRO Delivery are booked with a 2-3 hour gap for delivery. These couriers handle our heavy & fragile freight.

I haven’t received all my boxes?

In some cases the courier may split delivery due to capacity. As each box is treated as a consignment number. Meaning in the event 1 box gets delivered, the next normally comes within the next few business days. So don’t be alarmed :)

Why is my delivery taking longer then thought?

The estimated delivery times are provided on the basis of the courier network. At times like peak periods, capacity, weather events or covid. There can be delays. We have no control over third part couriers delivery times. Please check the relevant couriers website for updates.

The courier has lost or damaged my delivery!

In the event, your item is not scanning or box missing for extended period. Please contact us. We will lodge a query for a depot check & search. This normally takes 1-2 Business Days.

DAMAGED OR LOST
In the unfortunate event there’s a issue, eg damaged, lost, etc - before delivery. We got you a All items are insured for peace of mind.

We will provide the option of a resend or a full refund if the items cannot be delivered. In the event some of the items are okay. We will replace the items that are damaged/lost. Please contact us below.

Will the courier call me?

The courier may call you if they try to deliver, or can’t locate your address or to book in. The number maybe private.

Can my item be left in a safe place?

In the event your not home for delivery & there’s a safe place to do so. The courier will leave your delivery in a safe place to avoid redelivery. Please follow your tracking.

How do I contact the courier?

Please visit the couriers website above. Depending on how they work it will be via online chat, form or phone. Peak periods there response times are longer.
We have no control over the courier partners. Delivery times as they are third party. We contact the same way you do.
