We are doing our best in the influx of Enquiries for deliveries and stock due to the lockdown environment VIC, NSW & BRIS. Please note this impacts staff, warehouse capacity, custom and restocks. Really trying our best  here - all about being transparent:) Your delivery may take longer or split up over a few days.

 

Possible transit delays:

There has recently been experiencing some delays in sea freight shipments due to the current COVID-19 situation.

All couriers in the Australian network are reporting delays in deliveries with additional methods of delivery, the amount of people at home shopping.

This also stems from the current port congestion worldwide as well as limited space availability and reduced sailings.

It's on the way. Our team is working hard behind the scenes to ensure shipments are processed as quickly as possible and any delays are kept to a minimum.

We will continue to get your orders to you as quickly as possible. Please be advised that dispatches of in-stock items may be impacted with possible delays of up to 3 - 5 business days, on top of the usual dispatch time. Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding during this time.

In the event that your order is delayed, we can provide you a full refund at anytime. We are doing our best to navigate the covid issues in VIC / NSW

You are not required to sign for packages, please let the courier know if you have a positive case of covid in your household or isolating before delivery.

 

Custom & Bulky:

Managing this as best as possible, when lockdowns occur in VIC, Less man power to produce the goods, but the team are working the best they can. Bulky items in transit are also taking longer then normal.
